Via a dedicated Internet connection GP-Sim can monitor simulators in use during office hours. Realtime logging and alert messaging enable us to spot problems early and pro-actively intervene in the system minimising service interruption.
Support
As standard facility the GP Simulators include a dedicated computer that is in permanent connection with Vesc offices: your operators can ask for support immediately. Elaborated manuals on servicing and repair plus chat support guarantees swift recoveries from breakdowns or other interruptions. An optional on site spare part package including all mission critical components ensuring quick repairs.
On site repairs
Engineering support for servicing and repairs are available worldwide. All simulator components are in stock at offices GP Sim, engineers can leave for repairs carrying required materials and/or specific tools.
